Hola, artists!
Two activities this week, both focused on beginning drawing skills.
In the first, we will use basic shapes as the foundation for drawing anything. What can you turn a circle into? A rectangle? What about a weird blob? You can turn these shapes into anything you see or anything you can imagine.
In the second, we will draw cartoon people engaged in action. No boring, snoring, lazy stick people here! 😊
Here are some digital illustrations I made using techniques from the above videos. For each of these, I started with a colored shape that gave me an idea for an active body.
