Dear Bocón Family and Friends,
This year, as we reflect on the stories we've shared and the lives we've touched, I’m reminded of why we began this journey: to empower young people to find their voices and tell their stories. Every step we've taken has been rooted in the belief that creativity can transform lives, and thanks to your support, that belief has become a reality.
At Bocón, we continue to see how the arts ignite self-expression and build confidence. Young participants like Julian, who found his voice on stage and overcame stage fright, or Ari, who transformed their creative outlet into a published writing career, are proof of this transformation. These stories—just a few among many—highlight the importance of spaces where youth can explore, create, and thrive.

Our vision is ambitious: cementing our status as San Diego’s premiere theatre for youth organization, where our name is synonymous with family entertainment. We aim to expand the youth ensembles across San Diego, bringing Bocón's transformative programming to more neighborhoods. But we can’t do it without you.
